Climate · Energy · Geopolitics
For 7 years, I've connected geopolitical trends, foreign policy, with climate & energy, including at international fora such as UNGA and the Munich Security Conference. I currently do so as Senior Policy Advisor for U.S. foreign policy at E3G.
My professional experience spans Europe, the U.S. and China, with previous roles at ClearView Energy Partners, Allianz, the Fraunhofer Institute and the UNECE.
I hold a M.Sc. in Politics and Technology from the Technical University of Munich, a dual B.A. with Honors in International Relations and German from GVSU, and a Certificate in Chinese Economics & Culture from Shanghai University.
About
I lead E3G's U.S. climate portfolio, aligning foreign and security policy into transatlantic and Pacific geopolitical strategy. I engage policymakers at the G7, G20, UN, White House, Congress, and key diplomatic forums including UNGA, the Munich Security Conference, NATO, and COP.
Before E3G, I covered energy geopolitics at ClearView Energy Partners for institutional investors — publishing daily research on U.S. clean energy trends including the IRA, offshore wind, storage, EVs, and nuclear.
I've lived and worked across the U.S., Germany, Ireland, and China. My background spans policy research, corporate sustainability, data analysis, and international energy economics.
